Bhagini Nivedita Shiksha Samiti (BNSS), a National level Non-Government Organization with 29 years of experience, invites existing Skill Training centers across India to partner with us as B-Skill Training centers under a franchise model. As a Training Partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), we aim to provide high-quality skill development training and placement services on a fee-based model.

Objectives

• To establish a network of B-Skill Training centers across India, leveraging the existing infrastructure and expertise of partner training centers.

• To provide industry-relevant skill development training to youth, enhancing their employability and career prospects.

• To facilitate placement opportunities for trained candidates, connecting them with potential employers.

Government-Sponsored Training Opportunities

• Access to Government-Funded Programs: Partner with BNSS to implement government-sponsored skill development training programs, such as: PMKVY, DAY-NULM, DDUGKY, Seekho Aur Kamao, Nai-Roshni, MMKVY, MMKUVA, SIPDA, RPL etc.

• Increased Visibility and Credibility: Partnering with BNSS to implement government-sponsored programs enhances your center's visibility and credibility.

Responsibilities of Partner Training Centers

• Infrastructure and logistics: Partner training centers will be responsible for providing adequate infrastructure and logistics support for training delivery.

• Training delivery: Partner training centers will deliver training programs as per BNSS's standardized training materials and guidelines.

• Student enrollment and management: Partner training centers will be responsible for student enrollment, management, Training, and support.

• Placement assistance: Partner training centers will assist BNSS in facilitating placement opportunities for trained candidates.

Improved Training Quality and Delivery

• Standardized Training Materials: Access BNSS's standardized training materials, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery.

• Training and Support: Receive training and support from BNSS, enhancing your trainers' skills and knowledge.

Financial Benefits

• 100% Revenue Retention: Retain 100% of the training revenue, with no revenue sharing obligations.

• Low Certification and Assessment Fee: Pay only a Certification and Assessment fee to BNSS (as per norms).

Fee Structure

The fee structure for the franchise model will be as follows:

• One-time franchise fee: Rs. 10,000/- (non-refundable)

• Annual royalty fee: Rs. 2,000/- (payable annually)

Application and Onboarding Process

• Submission of TC Application Form: Interested training centers should submit an TC Application Form, providing details about their Training Center, infrastructure, Trainers and experience in skill development training.

• Onboarding Process: Selected training centers will undergo an onboarding process, which will include training on BNSS's standardized training materials, guidelines, and procedures.​
