Bhagini Nivedita Shiksha Samiti (BNSS) are National level ISO 9001:2015 Non-Government Organization operating since last about 23 years and registered as Society bearing No. 2683 dated 17th February 1995 by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal. Our registered as well as Head Office is situated in Bhopal, while our Branch Offices are located in districts of Mandla, Chhindwara, and Indore, and field offices in other districts of Madhya Pradesh , Maharashtra and Chattisgarh. We are collaborate with National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) An Autonomous Institute under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship- Govt. of India.

With the underlying objective and mission to devote and dedicate our efforts in the service of unserved and under-served, particularly the rural and tribal poor, the primary motive of ourOrganization is to work for: “Integrated development of children, Empowerment of women, Overall improvement in the quality of life of families living below the poverty line – reaching out to the poorest of the poor, Generating sources of income through skilled and employable vocational trainings, Introducing innovative means of Agriculture for improved returns, Caring for neglected senior citizens, Developing awareness on health, family planning, water conservation and environment, with special focus on women, children, tribal and socio-economically deprived sections of Society.”
The cell was established in 2008, with a primary goal to guide the students for various career and competitive opportunities .It guides the students with the skills essential for successful positions which leads to the expected career of students of Skill Training. The main vision of the placement cell is to develop a rapid access of the organization with the government sector vis-a-vis various multinational corporate companies so as to enable the students of BNSS to get placements. The main endeavor of placement cell is to get students placed in multinational companies, Organizations, Firms, Hospitals, Schools, and government and private sector. The registered students at placement cell are entitled to placement assistance, counseling for employment and even self employment.

Bhagini Nivedita Shiksha Samiti (BNSS) is very proud to be associated with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), as a Training Partner and becoming a part of fulfilling NSDC’s mission of skilling 150 million people in India by the Year 2022. The agreement was signed on 11th April 2018 at NSDC office New Delhi.
